How we work

A process built so nothing about your project is a surprise.

Every engagement follows the same five stages, not because it's rigid, but because predictability is what a serious buyer is actually paying for.

  1. 1

    Discover

We start by mapping the actual problem, not the one implied by a feature request. This usually means conversations with the people who'll use the system daily, not just the person who signed the contract.

  2. 2

    Design

Architecture and interface decisions get made before a line of code ships, including the boring-but-critical decisions (data model, integration points, security posture) that are expensive to change later.

  3. 3

    Build

Senior engineers only. The team on your kickoff call is the team that ships: no bait-and-switch to a junior bench once the contract is signed.

  4. 4

    Ship

Fixed milestones, fixed scope. You know what you're paying for before it starts, and what's being delivered at each milestone.

  5. 5

    Support

The engagement doesn't end at launch. Systems are monitored, and issues are caught before they become a client's problem to notice first.
